Please note that all attendees of ‘Deploy’ (“Attendees”) are required to self-certify as a condition of registration as either a high net worth individual, sophisticated investor or as an investment professional as such terms are understood for the purpose of the Financial Promotion Order 2005, the Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes (Exemptions) Order 2001 (and, where relevant as an ‘accredited investor’ for the purpose of the US SEC rules), and Onstage has (i) undertaken sufficient due diligence of each Attendee to ensure that Onstage has reasonable cause to believe that such certification is true and accurate, and (ii) ensured that the prescribed FPO and PCIS risk warnings and disclaimers will be prominently communicated to HNWIs and sophisticated investors prior to any communication of a financial promotion.

‘Deploy’ is therefore a strictly closed environment, and Attendees are therefore reminded due to reasons of confidentiality and applicable laws not to share any information received pursuant to attendance more widely. Attendees are also reminded that any request submitted by an Attendee to a registered general partner (an “Applicant”) to find out more about their proposition is an approach made solely at the Attendee’s own initiative.
